This is an exciting "new" year for me--even though I am in my thirty-eighth year in the classroom! As an E.I.P. (Early Intervention Program) teacher, I push in to six different fourth and fifth grade classrooms. During each forty-five minute segment, I help students who need to improve general math facts, operations, and reading comprehension skills. The teachers direct the lesson topic, and I fine-tune the strategies to help the individual child. We are confident in improved test scores in the future, too!
